Gather And Grow is an Arizona organization focused on creating spaces for the community to learn about self-sustainability and organic practices.
We designed and developed the first website for this Phoenix-based non-profit. This site is a custom-designed WordPress website. The site includes a blog, social media integration, a contact form to capture leads for their CRM and a donations integration with PayPal allowing for single donations or automatic subscriptions to be created.

Getting Started
We explain our process and what types of projects we generally work best with (entrepreneurs and small businesses). During this process we may discover we are not the best for you project. If that is the case we will work with you to find a better fit for your needs.
Collect Information
We need to understand your expectations for the project: is this a new site build or a redesign, are you looking to add specific functionality, do you have a particular look and feel you are trying to achieve, etc.
Proposal
After we have processed all the specifications of your project, we will provide a detailed proposal. Once you have signed off on the proposal, you will receive an invoice for the initial deposit.
Development
This is where the real work happens! We will keep you updated throughout the development process, occasionally asking questions for some needed clarification.
Final Approval
The site is done and almost ready to go live! Now it’s up to you to go over every page to ensure the site meets your expectations. Once the site is approved you will receive the final invoice.
Launch
3…2…1… Blast Off! The site is live for the world to see.

Where does the content come from?
Your website content comes from you!
This is one of the most important steps in the process and it’s the only one that is out of our hands. It’s important to take the time necessary to prepare your content.
Collecting and organizing the content for your new site is the single largest task involved with your project, but we’re here to help. We will provide a checklist to assist you in putting together all the content (text, images, services, etc.) to make sure that we have everything we need to deliver a site that exceeds your expectations.
Can you create the content?
Yes we can, but this is not part of the regular website design process. We can provide content creation for an additional cost.
How much does a website cost?
That’s hard to answer without knowing more about the project. Is it e-commerce? Do you have a back catalog of 300 blog posts? Do you need something very unique? All of that plays into the cost of developing a website. Let us know what your vision is and we will get you an estimate.
Note – the pricing options listed are starting points, the cost can go up depending on the functionality requested.
How long does it take to create a website?

Most projects are handled with 3 installments:
- 50% up front
40% upon approval of design and content - 10% payment is due just prior to launching the site
You can pay by Check, ACH, or Credit Card.
